Born in Taiwan and raised in the United States, Michael Lo loves flying and real estate and obtained his FAA license and California real estate broker license in 1990 and has spent over decades in real estate investment and development. After 16 years of business operations in China, he relocated to Hokkaido, where he now focuses on long-term regional development in Hokkaido’s premier resort markets.
Beyond brokerage, Michael leads integrated land acquisition and development, master planning, capital structuring, and cross-border investment strategies across Furano, Niseko, and Rusutsu. With a long-term vision for Rusutsu in particular, he is committed to shaping a globally competitive resort destination that balances institutional investment standards with environmental stewardship.
His mission is to create enduring value through visionary, sustainable alpine development in Hokkaido.
Hsiang-Yun Chu brings over 25 years of international real estate and asset management experience across Greater China and the Asia Pacific region. He has led large-scale commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and cultural developments, guiding projects from capital raising and acquisition through operational growth and successful exits.
With a background combining engineering expertise and institutional investment management, he supports Yes Hokkaido in connecting global investors with high-quality opportunities in Hokkaido. His experience, cross-border network, and strategic insight strengthen our international sales and partnership initiatives.
